Effective Date: Kickstarter Launch Edition (2026)
At Furever Rainbow, we recognize that your companion’s photographs, videos, and memorial stories represent deeply sacred bonds of unconditional love. We treat all submitted media with the highest standard of privacy, dignity, and care. We never sell, monetize, or license your dog’s media assets or your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
Kickstarter & Account Information: Email addresses and backer names provided during campaign registration to deliver order updates, sculpting progress reports, and digital fulfillment codes.
Memorial Reference Media: Photographs, videos, and written personality notes provided to guide our 3D character artists during custom sculpting and fur rigging.
All 3D digital model files, texture maps, and companion metadata are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored in encrypted cloud storage environments with strict access control.
You retain full ownership of your submitted photographs. You may request permanent deletion of your raw uploaded media files from our staging servers at any time following model fulfillment by contacting our care team.
If you have any questions regarding how your memorial data is protected, please reach out to us at care@fureverrainbow.com.
