Welcome to Furever Rainbow. These Terms and Conditions govern your pledge on our Kickstarter campaign, the ordering and crafting of bespoke 3D digital memorial companions, and usage of the Furever Rainbow mobile application and associated services.
Each custom companion is individually crafted by digital 3D sculptors based on your provided reference photos. Because every dog is unique, our artisans aim for expressive, emotional resemblance. Backers on applicable tiers will receive preview review checkpoints to approve coat coloration and marking accuracy prior to final mobile app rendering.
Special promotional pricing — including the Memorial Pioneer ($600) and VIP Sanctuary Guardian ($1,200) tiers — represent exclusive backer discounts from the standard post-campaign pricing ($800 and $1,600 respectively). Kickstarter pledges are subject to Kickstarter's standard crowdfunding terms and delivery schedules.
You retain full personal rights to your pet's likeness. Upon fulfillment, Furever Rainbow grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual personal license to interact with, display, and share your 3D digital companion within the Furever Rainbow mobile app, AR experiences, and future compatible platforms.
